Roblox Community Bot

Built for Roblox sellers who ask buyers to stay in their group for a while before they can top up. Instead of checking hundreds of members by hand, the bot watches the group, checks who is eligible, and tells your Discord.

What it does

  • Polls the group every five minutes and picks up new joins on its own.
  • Eligibility after a number of days you choose — fourteen by default.
  • ELIGIBLE, PENDING and FLAGGED badges, so one glance is enough.
  • The full profile in a Discord embed: avatar, account age, ID verification, followers, groups.
  • Leave detection, so you know when someone walks out.
  • Self-hosted on Cloudflare Workers with a setup wizard in the browser — your data stays yours.

What it does

  • Tickets: a private channel or a temporary voice room for each request, with a transcript when it closes.
  • Staff assignment from a web dashboard, not a wall of slash commands.
  • Temporary voice channels that vanish when empty, with privacy, trust and block lists, and ownership transfer.
  • Moderation modules are next on the bench.

How commissions work

No long process. One agreed scope, then the work starts.

  1. Describe the job

    One message in the commissions channel — what you need and when you need it.

  2. Get a scope

    A reply, usually the same day, with a one-page scope, a timeline, and a quote.

  3. Lock it in

    Say yes and pay the agreed deposit. The scope is fixed from here, so nothing grows quietly.

  4. Delivery

    You get working software and a short guide. The rest is paid on delivery, by QRIS.
